Email address, name, phone number, booking request history, and child information (name, age, special needs) that you submit. Children are under 14, and child information should be entered with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. At this stage, card details are not collected on the site. If paid service opens, Petit Stay may collect additional payment- and payout-related information needed for payments, settlement, refunds, and dispute support; the exact items will be explained before payment features are enabled.

Service delivery and request management, review of sitter registration information, customer support, and service improvement.

When a sitter accepts your request, child information and contact details are shared with that sitter. At this stage, the site does not process card payments or store card numbers.

Personal information is deleted immediately upon account deletion. However, if retention is required by law, the information is kept for the legally mandated period.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
