Petit Stay ("Company") values your personal information and processes it lawfully in accordance with applicable regulations.

Information We Collect

Email address, name, phone number, booking request history, and child information (name, age, special needs) that you submit. During Public Preview, card details are not collected on the site.

Purpose of Collection

Service delivery and booking-request management, sitter onboarding and safety review, manual payment coordination during Public Preview, customer support, and service improvement.

Sharing with Third Parties

When a booking is confirmed, child information and contact details are shared with the sitter. During Public Preview, the site does not process card payments or store card numbers.

Retention Period

Personal information is deleted immediately upon account deletion. However, if retention is required by law, the information is kept for the legally mandated period.

Your Rights
