How to get started
Prepare your profile
Add your introduction, care experience and languages, then set your rate and availability. Saved changes are not visible to parents.
Request a profile review
When your profile is ready, request a review. We review what your profile says before publishing it, and the screen tells you if anything needs updating. This review is not an identity check or a guarantee of safety.
Read and answer requests yourself
Once requests open, parents choose a profile and send a request directly. Read each request and accept or decline it yourself. You can accept only before the requested start time.
Hourly rates and care costs
You set your hourly rate. Estimated care costs are your rate × the requested hours, shown apart from any separate costs. The site does not take payments now, and platform fees and payout dates are not finalized.
